Stupid app. When you need to log into it. You need another app to let you to log into it! What is it MI6???????

Field service pin

New update forcing pin entry after every photo. A closure form now takes an additonal 5 minutes with approx 10-15 forms to do a day per person across 300 users this is costing the business time and money. Extremely frustrating the device has a pin and the app has password and pin entry no need for this additional security feature

Dark mode not so good

I like to use my phone in dark mode all day . It is a strange thing but all the text in this app turns to purple in dark mode and one can hardly see it . Something to look into for the developers. Also it needs a way of imputing data in a spreadsheet like format for table like data setts.

Constantly asking for Touch ID

After the latest update the app is constantly asking for Touch ID (or presumably Face ID) with no grace period every time you open the app or go back to it after briefly switching to the Home Screen or another app. Makes it an absolute pain to use if you’ve gone to the map, phone or email app from FSL.

Authentication issue

On latest update every time I switch between apps on my iPad I have to authenticate by fingerprint in order to get back into the app, is this really necessary I’ve already logged in once I shouldn’t have to do it every time

After update I had to set up passcode on my phone in order to use an app ! Code for app is not enough? Non of my other app like banking need passcode on phone in order to work ! This is too much , I should have a freedom of choice if I want additional security or not . Unhappy.

Location tracking nag screen.

It’s unacceptable. If we choose to have tracking disabled we shouldn’t have a nag screen every single time we open the app. Highly Unprofessional of the developers.

Love it. Very easy to use but wish I could rearrange the order visits to save confusion when I’m out and about.

Need to be able to mark/see primary contact from dispatched info Add ability to alter time of appointment so they can be organised Also link up phone/text from main screen would be useful
