Werkt wel mooi , zolang je goede key-account users hebt die de app ook echt snappen en problemen kunnen verhelpen anders is het totale anarchie . Ons hele bedrijf werkt er nu mee en moet zeggen , het functioneert ! 🤝👍

Om een een werkbon af te melden ben ik meer dan 10 minuten bezig. Doorlopend het zandlopertje in beeld

Data never syncs now and I always have to go to my laptop to close jobs out. Pointless to have this app now.

I can’t get notifications, pictures won’t up load

It always has Compatibility issues either IOS to Android synchronization is not guaranteed, nothing happens automatically, so primitive!

Who’s idea is it to ask for a review after 5 minutes with the app??? Ask me how I like it in 6 months.

I’ve worked at my company for about a little over 8 months and in the span of that there’s been countless updates with continues bugs. I’ve had to delete the app so many times to be able to get the app to even work. It needs a lot of improvement to even get a decent rating I’m surprised it has this high of a rating.

The application is good but lacking ease of navigation through the app for the field use causing longer work force time return trips due to high flow volume work in the air center area. Would like to more ease of viewing of work orders on first screen when clicking on service appointments so that work orders for the one location are not missed.

This app is burning garbage for towing purposes

Lack of information no Vin number for you to confirm what vehicle you’re towing. No tag number is simply gives you a year sometimes the model and the color the pick up location is the drop off location and the drop off location is the pick up location also to close a call. You have to go through a lot of steps to clear out one call diesel drivers out on the road. Shouldn’t take them more than a few seconds to clear out the call.
