Impossible to understand or use

This app is impossible to understand or use. Impossible to pair hearing aids.

Unreliable

Unreliable. Usually it doesn't work as intended. Mostly when you open the app it did not registered that hearing aids are connected, no matter that they are already connected to the phone and normally respond to the changes of settings through Hearing Aids settings in Accessibility settings on the phone. Most of the connectivity options with iOS is not functioning. Audio Handoff, Control Nearby Devices never worked. Actually, both, the app and the hearing aids are far away from being smart aids. My next hearings aids will not be Signia for sure.

Elke versie wordt slechter

Elke nieuwe versie is een achteruitgang. Telkens minder en minder mogelijkheden. Vroeger kon ik een focus instellen wat heel belangrijk is voor mijn job. Nu niet meer en de app verliest regelmatig verbinding en verandert zelf mijn programma ongevraagd

Slecht app

Werkt meer niet dan wel Bluetooth maakt soms dagen geen verbinding Moet verschillende keren op een dag terug instelling maken is niet normaal heb spijt dat ik signia heb heb het nu een jaar en nog niets dan last gehad hopelijk komt er mog eens verbetering V b brekel

Slechte nieuwe gebruikersinterface

De plaats op het scherm om volume of richting te regelen is zo klein geworden dat je dit amper nog kan doen. Is dit op een niet heel grote smartphone getest?

Nieuwe versie

De nieuwe versie trekt op niets. Volume en balans zijn nagenoeg niet in te stellen! Geef a.u.b. de oude versie terug!!!!

Loin d’être une application fiable

Difficulté de connexion ! Les appareils perdent la connexion. Dommage que cette appli. n’est pas améliorée sur ce plan

Trekt nergens op

Niet het minste verschil met of zonder apparaat, zelfs niet in de hoogste stand.

Pas vraiment au point

Un peu mieux depuis la MàJ du 19/10/22 Je regrette la suppression des modes groupe, café, etc Il ne reste que universel qui n’est pas du tout la même fonction Je vais repasser à l’ancienne application en attendant
