On the whole the app is ok, I’d like a turn aids off option to be available.

Poor performing hearing aids

Blue tooth works when it suits Very much hit and miss Either not at all or each ear has turns. They replaced the first set after 18 months but they certainly gave not improved

Age related hearing loss

The difficulties of navigating this app are beyond the technical abilities of your major market sector . Whilst the Bluetooth facility in itself is a welcome asset, it’s access and management is more than most of your clients can easily manage. Pairing with my IPad has proven impossible and even after reloading this app has still proven impossible to achieve pairing. Another journey to my hearing aid provider is now necessary to try to remedy this situation. Unnecessary travel and costs involved are often problematical for the elderly.

Will not connect to my IPad Bluetooth, only volume control available. Useless

Too primitive, too few options.

Signia Hearing Aids

The app will not hold the chosen settings. Each day I have to reset, very frustrating. When setting a level sometimes it won’t respond with the reassuring click, Nothing happens?? Poor performing app compared to all others. P.S. I have attempted to send & can’t believe that all nick names I try have been taken????

Bluetooth

I love the hearing aids and great to control on iPhone but disappointed that the blue tooth has dropped out and have tried everything- google you tube -& repeated efforts to reinstate but no go !!

Bluetooth squeal

Bluetooth is very unstable and when it is not properly connected to the aids it lets out a high pitched squeal when you change any settings. It also struggles to recover a stream I’d on aid doesn’t connect. Please fix!

Great App

I’ve been using this app along with my hearing aids for about 6 months and have it really useful. The only other thing I’d like to see is a ‘locate my hearing aids’ function.... You can probably figure out why.... 🤣
