Needs work
Good controls but considering it’s made for iPhone branded there’s no way to put app on Apple Watch. This is a big downfall of the hearing aid set up.
Intermittent!
The idea of the App is great but unfortunately it is unreliable and I am spending a lot of time reconnecting the hearing aids. Even when connected some functions sometimes work and other times do not. I specifically took the recommendation of these hearing aids to assist me in noisy environments, the setting in the App provides no assistance or improvement what so ever! I am so disappointed with the hearing aids and the App I am looking to have them changed for another manufacturer.
Better than the rest
Without a doubt, Signia Contrast S+/HP+ are the best hearing aids I’ve experienced so far. Keep up the great work and thank you.
App installed but does not recognise that aids are paired
I’m using Active aids which are connected and paired using accessibility option on my iPhone SE 2022 When I go to app it says aids are not paired Which means I can’t use any of the program Very annoying and frustrating If I install everything on my iPad all OK butI can’t control my aids with an iPad when I am away from home eg restaurants cinemas etc Comments from developers needed ASAP
Excellent app for excellent aid
I had difficulty setting this app up. The barcode supplied by my audiologist didn’t work for me but after my audiologist helped me to get it working it does everything promised. Once it was working my audiologist was able remotely to adjust the default volume to suit my needs. Perhaps the set up instructions need clarification. One thing I have found is that the app does not connect when first switched on but if you do a battery check that activates it and then it works fine
Circle of frustration
Just received my new aids … brilliant by the way however trying to link my aids via this app is extremely frustrating, would love to see what this app could offer me to improve communication with the clinicians etc but left on the first page still trying to connect via Bluetooth .. connected via iPhone accessibility was great however still cannot use the app grr
Terrible app
Doesn’t work ,it disconnects my aid every day and I have to reconnect it and it might work on the fourth go.Terrible considering the expensive hearing aid.I’d give it zero stars if it allowed me.
It does what it is supposed to do.
This works really well for me and is so easy to use. Don’t ever have to touch my hearing aids. It shuts down the noise around me to a manageable level.
Lost directional control
I lost the directional control from the app. Emailed for help and was told to delete the app and follow steps. I now have nothing, the aids won’t pair with the app. The only thing that comes up on the app is the volume control but that doesn’t do anything. Really frustrating. I’m worse off now than before I contacted you.
