I am 76 and cried when I tried my new test hearing aid. Sounds that have not heard for years and as a bird watcher will be able to identify by sound at last

The latest update is appalling. It is slow to load. Slow to switch between settings and I deeply disappointed I upgraded. What a mess.

Since the last update the app sometimes does not open. Need to restart the iPhone, even then it sometimes does not work and closes by itself

I spent R57000.00 and didn’t get Bluetooth Disgusting

The app does not have the features as described. No online/ phone assistance Terrible experience

The App functions well. However, compared to other manufacturers App, it can be much better in terms of control and features. E.g. preprogrammed environments, noise / frequency suppression, equaliser, etc. Do not want to go back to supplier for every small environment adjustment

Thanks a million to the developers of this app. You enabled me to enjoy a better quality life. Awesome work done🙏🏻

I can’t get the new App to work. It keeps crashing every time I try to set it up. At the old app still works.

Poorly designed app, no futures, offers very limited control over the hearing aid. In one word disappointing.

Definitely not an improvement! Limited functionality compared to the old app. Keep having to ask people to repeat themselves and having them ask me why I am not wearing my hearing aid, when I am wearing it. So frustrating! A sophisticated piece of equipment rendered useless by a dis functional app!
