Signia update
The latest update is appalling. It is slow to load. Slow to switch between settings and I deeply disappointed I upgraded. What a mess.

Since the last update the app sometimes does not open. Need to restart the iPhone, even then it sometimes does not work and closes by itself

Ok, but need more features
The App functions well. However, compared to other manufacturers App, it can be much better in terms of control and features. E.g. preprogrammed environments, noise / frequency suppression, equaliser, etc. Do not want to go back to supplier for every small environment adjustment

Can’t get it to work
I can’t get the new App to work. It keeps crashing every time I try to set it up. At the old app still works.

Poorly designed app, no futures, offers very limited control over the hearing aid. In one word disappointing.
Terrible App
Definitely not an improvement! Limited functionality compared to the old app. Keep having to ask people to repeat themselves and having them ask me why I am not wearing my hearing aid, when I am wearing it. So frustrating! A sophisticated piece of equipment rendered useless by a dis functional app!
Terrible App, that makes a laughing matter of quality aids
How can a company that creates high tech hearing aids have such an unreliable app to run the equipment that gives a disabled person a chance to have a normal life? I’m am so tired of having the app change my settings and I sound idiotic, having to ask people to repeat themselves whilst having very expensive, latest model hearing aids in my ears.
