Het is echt een super app! Ik en mijn vriendin doen het samen! Het werkt echt! Zeker een aanrader! En het is gratis! Het is leuk als je het drinken de stappen en hoeveel je weegt in te vullen! 30 dagen is veel maar om de 5dagen is het RUSTDAG! Je kunt ook altijd ♾️ zelf een aanmaken bv: opwarming of bedtijd of als je wakker bent je kunt het gwn zelf kiezen Echt een aanrader!

Heel leuk en het werkt echt, nou ja bij mij. Het werkt niet bij alle mensen sommige lichamen zijn er gewoon noch niet aan toe. Ik heb ook al andere apps geprobeerd en dit is de tweede keer dat ik deze probeer en het werkt! Ik zit nog niet helemaal plat maar wel bijna en ik zit nog maar aan dag 6!
