This app is amazing it helps but my one suggestion is some feature should be available for free (like the beginner and intermediate level).overall it is a very helpful and helped a lot. I hope you will consider this Thank you
Very nice app! I significantly improved my flexibility. Really cute design and love the voice that speaks aloud. Thank you so much! Its a great app. Though i really prefer the old simple animated girl with the pink shirt rather than the new computer animated girl with an orange shirt. The first one was just more pleasant to look at. And the second one doesn’t really serve any better function. But that’s just a suggestion. Otherwise I really love it. And also the fact that I can creAte my own training. Because 30 min is too much for me daily and I was so happy that I could create a 10 minute version if all the same exercises as before! Thanks a lot for this amazing app!

How the hell will i be able To do split in 2nd day
I know how to do split after using this app i forgot and i waste my money too Delete this app and go learn from a gymnastic teacher 🤬🤬🤬🤬
On the 30th day it say you have to practice several times to perfect the form. Of course you have to. This cannot be achieved in mere 30 days. And “several” here is at least 6-7 months with severe amount of pain endurance.
