This app has helped me with the a lot of things. Such as it has helped me wake up earlier on a morning and has helped me relax whenever I need. It helps with back pain and flexibility. The flexibility side has helped me do the splits and a standing bridge. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 It’s all fabulous, I do recommend to get this app.

Hate that you can’t mute the annoying dings in between stretching sets and whatever other weird sound effects they have going on. You can mute the coach, the sound guide and the music… but you can’t mute those noises which I find very strange. I like to listen to an audiobook when I stretch every night for a good half an hour and so I definitely won’t be using this app ever again because of the issue I stated. Which is a shame, because asides from that I guess it’s a good app.

I got this app as a 13 year old to become flexible and not have lower back pain and to become fit and omg this has helped so much and it is great better than the other apps such as bend were you can only do one thing without subscribing but this one ITs GREAT and it has a voice so I know what to do I love it 5 stars you should definitely get this app -Chelsea W

How do you make sure subscription is not renewed?

Because I don’t feel in control of this app I can’t enjoy using it. I can see I will get a receipt just before it renews but I want a choice and do not want to renew. Any advice?

Good app but only on one device ?

Purchased this app using iPad. Tried to load on iphone today and it’s asking me to pay again. So that’s a pain. Otherwise would have been higher.

Quite a good range of routines and able to modify them to really suit my needs. I am in the obese category and as tough as they can be for that reason they are still doable, and when I do them even 3 times a week my strength and flexibility improves quite noticeably…

I think it’s quite ridiculous to try and charge somone to learn things they can find for free on google or YouTube or TikTok, it’s quite sad tbh
