Horrible VPN for using in Azerbaijan
Surfshark doesn't work in Azerbaijan. Tried on PC and phone, but no luck. Can't access their site for help or refund requests. Disappointed with the app; can't even get a refund after buying a two-year subscription. Other VPNs work better, so Surfshark gets a 1/10.
Not working
The app is totally scam and not working. I’ve been trying for 2 hours to connect any provider but still no response. I also tried to contact with support team( I tried to reach them on website for sending the details of my issue and troubleshoots ) but they didn’t bothered to respond. So unprofessional service and useless app. I feel like I regret it by subscribing to 7 days free trial( then 3.99 USD for a month) plan…

Connecting from app just doesn’t work. The only way I managed to make it work is by using OpenVPN. But in order to use it, u have to download files from Surfshark website, which doesn’t open without vpn. And girder about customer support, it doesn’t exist - all u have is q&a. Even after that I was thinking about renewing my subscription, but couldn’t use vpn as always did - every connection just kept failing and I gave up. Find another solution, don’t be me.
There is no 7 days free trial
You wrote that you will provide a 7-day trial period, but at the same time you were charged money for a monthly subscription
Doesn’t work
The free trial worked fine, after that I was charged for one month, but the app didn’t let me turn on the vpn, it just kept saying renew your subscription, and the only choice was for one whole year! I want a refund
