Can’t wait to give Zero rating. Most of the time it’s just saying that restricted network. Every time when you connect to vpn, it’s takes forever to connect. Too slow. Any country, any server, any time it’s always trying all 10 attempts and tells you come back later. Garbage app, don’t waste your money and time
Has historically been good, however in last two/three months it feels like the service has degraded considerably. The North American servers seem quite flaky. I’m having to disconnect/reconnect continually or in the worst cases just disconnect it entirely. An annoying issue seems to be that if you are using multi-hop and the end point is not available then the app blocks traffic until you acknowledge the problem by opening the app and clicking the [ok] button. As the result is the same outcome I don’t quite see what the point of it is… Also, I used to regularly get asked to rate the quality of the connections. This seems to have completely stopped which makes me think maybe the developer doesn’t want to hear that things are not good….
i’ve been using the app for about five months and i still don’t have any complaints, the fact one account can spam across unlimited devices is crazy and no other vpn can beat the offer, the antivirus software is also quite good, i’d say a A, but the vpn as a whole is for sure an A+
I like how the devs keep improving the product, however, the lag in connection is still there regardless of which server I pick. I most often have to open the app in order for the browser to work, which can be inconvenient.

Tried for one month, still not working in China
Rarely seems to be connected to chosen location, and often isn’t connected at all, despite saying that it is connected. Certainly neither for the last ‘55 hours’, for example, nor the last 5 seconds, often. I was too lazy to look for a competitor when I renewed the first time, but I certainly will not renew again - if I don’t just discontinue with time to go. False stats.
The price is very reasonable for what you get. When it’s working it’s great. Quite often I have to turn it off to get any website to work. Even after changing country connections and pausing the VPN. Having said that it usually works for me in China when other people can’t get online with their more expensive VPNs
