I bought 2 years membership with them. It worked fine for few months then I was shocked that all their ips was leaked online as a vpn ip and I even got a problem because of that at my work. I asked them many times to provide me with a dedicated ip for a fee and I said them I can pay what you want for it but they never want to make my request and they only want to sell the few locations that they have.
This vpn ips is really leaked all over the internet as a vpn ips which lead into big problems for businesses therefore avoid them and use another vpn.

App doesn’t work from Russia - they say write to support> but support doesn’t work without vpn too
Completely unsuitable for use in Russia
Completely unsuitable for use in Russia. Three locations in Asia are available in the app (I'm in the European part), manual router setup doesn't work either. Support won't refund my subscription, advising me to wait 24 hours and reconnect. This has been going on for more than two weeks.

We need MESH NET like in NORD VPN
Surfshark is good VPN, but need some work on much faster connection on iOS, Sometimes it takes a while to connect. That is a thing that needs to be improved a lot. Also MESH NET, our own VPN with our ip address will be something, innovation and really good thing. Of course to have high speeds, to be better than Mesh in Nord. But pretty good VPN.

Still doesn’t work in Turkey
Surfshark has still failed to get this VPN app working in Turkey. All they’ll tell you is that you should use a manual connection method. But it should be expected from the app to do the thing dynamically.
