I paid the monthly fee just to try it but I might pay the 2 years one because it’s amazing
Clean Web stopped working
For some reason clean web function stopped hiding ads...they come in on every website after like 2-3 seconds, even if they start as a blocked gray area. It used to be perfect...🥲
Autoconnection bug
From some point of views its ok. But in China if you are connected to vpn that means you can not use mainland apps and internet well so I neededly sometimes turn off the vpn. But this always try to connect on vpn unless I delete the whole app. So please teach the app NOT TO BE SO AUTOPILOT! It’s incovienient. I would give a 2,5*
It is not worth it! There is not fix, continuous connection.
I have Surfsurk One subscription. I have always connection problems with IKEv2 and WireGuard! Furthermore, I have to pay extra charge for decicated IP. Really? It is a joke. I think that I will not renew my Surfshurk subscription. I am sure that I will opt for other vpn provider.
Auto connect only on wifi
Please add auto connect: “only on wifi” option in the future. NordVPN has it too
battery drainer
After a few months of usage I just deleted and regret that I payed for it. Recently it started quickly drain my battery. It happens on my iPhone and iPad as well. These devices easily work a whole day without charging, but they don’t with the vpn connected.

Really like the service, the app is good too, however the widget is buggy, it can't even load most of the time
