Watch out for renewals
Surfshark is a great app and I’ve had many years of easy use of it. However, when I was curious about the high renewal fee recently for my subscription, I realised I was being charged roughly £20 more per year than a new customer would. This is against the law in the UK and against the FCA rules. When I talked to a Surfshark rep on their chat, they refused to refund any of the previous years’ excess charges, though they were perfectly polite, and they informed me that they do not operate under UK law. Fair enough, but really disappointing. You’ve lost an otherwise happy customer here guys. I suggest you try to be a bit more transparent.
Better ones out there
I constantly find myself reconnecting and the VPN makes the internet so slow, I wouldn’t recommend unfortunately I am stuck with them for a while. But find one that works better.
China
The China connect seem very unstable. It only works with in limited times
Almost amazing.
The past 5/6 months the connection has been terrible. Customer support has been nonexistent. I have messaged on several occasions and had no response. Using a chat bot or being sent round in circles through the FAQs is not customer care. One aspect which urgently needs to be looked at is the option to report a problem. This only works if your vpn is working. So, for me in China I cannot report an issue unless my vpn is working. This makes this feature about as useful as a chocolate teapot. This VPN is ok if you are in a country with zero restrictions on internet but in countries where you need a vpn I would suggest shopping around.

Impossible to Upgrade
App working fine on phone. However I have tried to upgrade to a dedicated IP on my phone and you just can't. Nowhere to actual select the location you want for the IP. All of the payment options simply fail. Finding support is like trying to find Lord Lucan.
Pretty much gone off the idea of upgrading now, and will likely switch VPN when subscription comes up for renewal.

Worse app
Use this app only when you want to disconnect with this world. I have to pause when I use google map and check email.
Contacted the support many times but no response at all. No hope and subscribe another provider. We’ve paid for 2 years and it’s just a waste of money.
Keeps disconnecting
I want to watch a film a Netflix or YouTube or Disney but everytime I try it doesn’t work
It slowly connects and when it reaches 97% it stops every time not to mention when it actually connects it disconnects two minutes later
Also it deletes half the countries
