I paid and it’s not connecting. My WiFi is good
I think I made a mistake by downloading and paying for this VPN. It isn’t connecting I paid for 6 months and now it’s not connecting. The moment it shows that it’s about to connect 80% my WiFi goes off and it stop connecting. I tried reaching out to support and that website doesn’t open and is it does they don’t reply. I hope they fix this soon. Otherwise I need my refund. I have important data to save and secure. And now this VPN does this. I downloaded it by watching and AD in Mrwhostheboss channel. I’m very disappointed.
Slow and not recommended
The service is very slow and the connection is frequently cut off. The support team does not respond to complaints.

Didn’t work
I got the 6 month subscription yesterday and till now it didnt load into the app, i contacted apple they said the subscription is successful but in the app it self it doesnt show that, it says i dont have a subscription, i even contacted Surfshark support and they said i dont have a subscription
Takes forever to connect
It takes huge time to connect, keeps attempting for 8 times. I’ve tried quick connections and different locations as well. Same issue.
Horrible support! Page never loads
This is likely the worst VON I’ve used in years. Doesn’t connect when you need it the most and don’t ask me about the support. I am still waiting for the page to populate, it’s been 3 days now
