Heel frustrerend
Sedert de update kan ik niet meer inloggen.
I bought a train ticket on their website, but it doesn’t show up in the app. I reported the issue a month ago and it’s still not fixed. Having tickets available in the app seems like a basic and important feature … 🤷♂️
Simple, practical and it works. Needed train tickets during our visit to the UK and this app was really helpful.
The app reported that a payment had not gone through and the ticket was not booked. Caused me to book a ticket twice as in reality the payment had gone through.
Pretty good app but I wish I could see my track number when travelling. I have to search it up elsewhere which is unfortunate.
I was reading the others comments about the app and they’re right. A lot of functionalities who made the app way much simpler are now missing ! You are giving us a super example of UI vs UX. You wanted to provide something beautiful and you gave us the worst experience possible. I’m a user since long time and I was telling about how great WAS your app. I’m afraid I won’t continue. 🥺 I let 4 stars cause I don’t want to beak your rating, but please revert !
Comparé à Capitaine Train, Trainline fait un immense bon en arrière au point d’être devenue moins conviviale que OUI.sncf. C’est un comble : Classement des billets dans un ordre chronologique inverse à leur utilisation et les trajets passés qui apparaissent toujours sur le même écran Le QR code qui n’est plus accessible à partir du billet Des bugs dans la navigation (pas de retour en arrière possible dans les billets) Une lisibilité immonde (je sais que ce n’est qu’une question de goût). Bref, une CATASTROPHE ! Je vais continuer à utiliser l’ancienne et lorsqu’elle disparaîtra, j’irai voir ailleurs.. hormis si la mise à jour devient digne de l’app qu’elle remplace
Very practical and efficient. Couldn’t be easier to find and buy tickets and keep them in one place.
