Tap your card instead . They charge you double the price for nothing, they’ll show different prices from different phones and then tell you to eat dirt after you’ve complained about it . I payed 23£ for a ticket that costs 15£ on my friends phone .

For some crazy reason you need to type in names and birthdates. For every passengers! Did that for 6 people and pushed “proceed”. It flicked and send me back to the home page… waste of solid 15min

this app does not provide any details of train and causes a lot of confusion

Advarsel!

Det virker umiddelbart nemt med en app istf ringe til DSB. Men Trainline har lavet en forkert reservation & jeg har skrevet til dem tre gange uden at få svar. Jeg anbefaler dig at købe din togbillet på en anden måde.

The promo is best train app in Europe The in app promo said first time users get 33 % off the first purchase via app. So I purchased the train ticket for 185 Euro thinking it will be per the promo on check out applied 33 % discount But the check out did not come just the you paid your not refundable ticket Customer service told me I should read thoroughly through the terms as it is written that the discount is only for England. And on top of it there is no way to find out via the app which rail number you need to go to to get your train. So …..

Not very helpful for trains

Thought for travels in Europe an app like Trainline will show me reliable train connections. Sadly most of the time it shows me only busses and says there is not train available. Was form example checking trains from Copenhagen to Stockholm in 6 weeks. Trainline says there are no trains. Even my German Deutsche Bahn app shows me trains between Denmark and Sweden. If that is not part of this app I am unsure for what I‘d use it.

Don't tell me "Sorry, no trains available". Tell me what to do instead... I'm stuck.

I just downloaded this to use it for a vacation to London, travelling to and from the AirPort, and it has made the proces of ordering and managing tickets so easy! A musthave app!

I wanted to use Apple Wallet….

Philby&Co on

Very dissatisfied of Hampshire… I had to rapidly book a 05:13 train to central london for a medical reason. I was under the impression it would slip easily into my Apple wallet…. No the incredibly annoying impersonal system said “collect your tickets at any station”. I’ll be dead on my feet and in a hurry, I just wanted it to sit in my apple wallet. WHY ISN’T THAT THE DEFAULT OPTION.
