Great app, works very well and it’s easier to buy tickets and see schedules than on the web. Sometimes there’s problems with the trains, but trainline is quick to try and fix the issues as best as they can. Congrats to the devs!

It’s quite annoying that the app automatically assumes Brazilian Portuguese for Portuguese users when it claims itself to be Europe’s leading train and coach app 🤷🏻♀️
This app is easy to use / navigate. Plenty of options with great reduced rail prices. Always use this app now.
I've used the app for months and everything was well and suddenly it decided to change itself to Spanish I do not speak Spanish And there is no tab to change languages so I'm unfortunately stuck with 2 options: learn Spanish or not use the app I've tried to contact costumer service but the only options given are about money so here we are
Not sure why this assumes that Brazilian Portuguese should be used to European Portuguese users in Portugal. English would do better.
I bought a ticket through the app using Apple Pay, however I arrived at train station and could not collect the tickets with the only card I have on Apple Pay.

Very dissatisfied of Hampshire… I had to rapidly book a 05:13 train to central london for a medical reason. I was under the impression it would slip easily into my Apple wallet…. No the incredibly annoying impersonal system said “collect your tickets at any station”. I’ll be dead on my feet and in a hurry, I just wanted it to sit in my apple wallet. WHY ISN’T THAT THE DEFAULT OPTION.
Do you get a kick out of putting that huge red label “replacement bus” on the app? Because it’s at least 3x a week.
