I booked a ticket thru their app and when the train was canceled without any reasons, I claim a refund and after 3 times forwarding, they told me I gotta fill out a paper and send a claim letter to DB train company. I live in Finland and the train company locate in Germany. They just work like a ticket agency and don’t have any responsibilities with their customers. If you want to be a victim like me, please install the app and try :)!
Creating an account doesn’t work when you try to do it after booking a ticket with a different email address. Changing password doesn’t work. If you have business account and private account this causes issues. You should really review the process.
Can’t add second passenger, coming error every time.
Used it in France, Spain, Italy, Austria, and Slovakia - reliable and easy.
Completely useless when buying a ticket from London Gatwick to London Bridge. You need to collect tickets with a code and the card you already used, you still need to queue, and ultimately it would not even work. Had to queue again, luckily the lady was helpful and found out I could just use contactless. Anyway, not a great experience.
Useless app, not finding connections that visible with simple Google search - thus not possible to buy tickets either.
I booked my tickets in the web and the app was really handy to keep a track of them all.
Very dissatisfied of Hampshire… I had to rapidly book a 05:13 train to central london for a medical reason. I was under the impression it would slip easily into my Apple wallet…. No the incredibly annoying impersonal system said “collect your tickets at any station”. I’ll be dead on my feet and in a hurry, I just wanted it to sit in my apple wallet. WHY ISN’T THAT THE DEFAULT OPTION.
Do you get a kick out of putting that huge red label “replacement bus” on the app? Because it’s at least 3x a week.
The app gave me one option to go to bath spa and when i got on the train i was the journey i have is not valid. It was only via salisbury but the app said im going through basinstoke which is much more expensive and longer. Its cost me more money to use this useless app and i risk getting fined for taking the incorrect route.
