How to change your pin
I don’t know how to quickly change my pin? Thank you for changing the ‘log out’ to be seen at the top of the page instead of having to search for it 👍
Can’t even get in
Can’t even get into the app as it tells me my ID is wrong every time when it’s very clearly not. Disappointing!!!
Disappointing
Disappointed that ubank are removing the ability to pay direct debits and scheduled transfers from the Save account. This was their best feature. Now looking for a new bank.
PLEASE UPDATE THE APP TO INCLUDE THE REQUEST OF NEW BANK CARDS THROUGH THE APP!
While I love the app and it many great features there is just one set back, ordering new cards. Most banks have a section in their app to order a new card which makes it quick and easy to use. Having to call to request a new card is not only time consuming but also slightly annoying as for last couple years I have been order new cards through bank apps. PLEASE UPDATE THE APP TO INCLUDE THE REQUEST OF NEW BANK CARDS THROUGH THE APP!
Good app - excellent release notes.
App is probably 4 stars, because it is fast and smart, although search is a bit “clunky”. But the release notes included in the App Store are often a highlight of my (what sounds like a very sad) day.

Really simple and easy to use! Love the ability to open multiple bank accounts and transfer between them hassle free. - definitely a new bank for the new generation

It’s a good bank to bank with the only thing I hate about this bank is that you have to wait hours to see your recent transactions
Woke has arrived on my ubank App
After years of being first an 86400 customer and now ubank, suddenly and without any warning, the top of my App is emblazoned with ‘Happy Pride Month’ which I find unwarranted and deeply offensive. It can’t even be edited out in settings. It’s currently June 2024. What’s next?
