Totally fraudulent experience
Customer service crashed?
For two years I had a wonderful experience selling and buying with VC. Unfortunately something has changed and now I am trying to get payed for two months already for the four sold items. No help from the support team, no clear communication about what is wrong with my account. Only short answers “we will get back to you” and then canceled support tickets. I hope this is temporary and you will find a way to function as well as you used to in the past.
No support
ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I had several questions and problems with selling during last 3 months. Every time I was contacting customer support I had waited 3-5 days for an answer (when in each email they send you it’s mentioned “fast support”). Also, they are rejecting fully authentic items. It’s random: had sold my authentic Vivienne Westwood necklace. Got a message about it, where Vestiaire wrote “we rejected this item because of these reason: “. And haven’t mentioned any reasons. High fees, zero help, 0/5. Avoid this app, better use another platforms
Double shipping tax for multiple items from one seller?!?
This is neither ecological, nor needful.

Great work.
Not clear submission process
I like the platform however the submission criterias are very foggy. Lots of items are refused without a clear explanation why. I submit many items: some go but many do not go through eventhough i know the process and rules. Also, shipment should not be calculated on weekdays as couriers do not come on the weekend. If you sell on Friday, then you can only ship in three days that can drop your rate. So these improvements would be very welcome.
