Me & my family have used Vestiaire & Other second-hand apps for many years now, but this is utterly shocking! 28.07 I wanted to purchase a Hoodie, but because the seller wasnt answering & it was an emergency I decided to send more messages - hoping to catch their attention. In a second, I got Permanently banned & I talked to the support & they just grinned & said that they won't do anything and I will leave with my Permanent Ban on my account... Great app, sadly bad experience with costumer service with Elodie R. and sad ban guidelines.

While I’ve sold a couple items there, after listing an item for only 5 days the app is suggesting I drop my unworn Converse Hi - Tops from 75€(I’ll earn 60) to 27(I’ll earn 15) they also suggest you to drop prices and promise to boost visibility in return, just so they can get their €€ faster, OH and they also charge buyers fee now, while being completely against fast fashion boycotting items such as zara and h&m their business practices are actually SIMILAR.

If you want to lose a lot of money and be ignored by their incompetent customer service, use this app!!

I payed money and only after that I ve got an email, that stuff in not available anymore. This is absolutely unbelievable, that you pay money for nothing and after must wait your money back for 5 days. That is just absurd. I will never use this app in future!

Application vraiment a fuir je vend une paire à un certain prix l’acheteur me contacte je lui répond puis je me fait bannir de et je ne peut plus envoyer de message donc je perd du temps et de l’agent

Pour les vendeurs cette application n’est vraiment pas adaptée. Le point le plus problématique est le système de monétisation. VC prends des frais beaucoup trop importants il est donc impossible de pouvoir vendre un produit à un prix acceptable. Le pire c’est que les acheteurs subissent aussi les conséquences de ces frais exubérants. C’est dommage car le concept « seconde main luxe » est très intéressant mais très mal mis en place sur VC. Il faudrait vraiment qu’ils s’inspirent du système de payement Vinted. En bref si vous êtes vendeur ou acheteur choisissez vinted vous serez moins frustrés.

Ils ont incapable de vérifier un article sans facture, donc on peut presque rien déposer sans se faire refuser (il y a le certilogo pourtant qui montre bien que c’est authentique) mais bon j’ai l’impression qu’ils ne veulent pas qu’on vendent chez eux
