A subtle and unexpected life changing app

I have started using this app some month ago, after following Sam for years. The timing was perfect, I was undergoing some great changes in my life (moving from Switzerland to Argentina, changing jobs, cultures). As a scientist, the new psychiatric government of Argentina and its anti science speech begin to be a constant source of pain for me. Inevitably, I was continuously projecting myself into the future, leaning towards planning, reaching some sort of new stability, seeking recognition in the new workplace, and so on. The introductory course, the Allan Watts series, the daily meditations, the Zen courses, were interesting tools that helped me realize (in a deep way) my life is happening right now. It seems trivial, but it is so powerful. It helped me keep in contact with what is happening in my mind. The app is beautifully designed, congrats to Sam and team!! Cheers! Santiago
