Yes great source for mindfulness but here is a reminder. English is not everyone’s native language so adding a transcription would be great. So I can really understand whole part, I can practice more. Please at least add automatic transcription

I’ve read Sam’s Waking Up book and listened to him on many podcasts, but I didn’t expect him & his team to bring together such a well curated set of information, knowledge, experiences and journey(s) to practice. In life, sometimes you may think, you know what you want and start searching, then you may find more than you want but what you actually need. Waking up gave me that experience. I’m grateful.

Novel approach to meditation

Not only my experience with mediation, but also my approach to life and states of my mind changed drastically when I listened to Sam Harris talk about non-duality. I recently completed the introductory course, and I can see that my minds principles are already started to change. It is mesmerizing how little practice of meditation could have such huge impact on how I experience life. It is very interesting; acknowledging some of the evident yet unnoticed truths are happening suddenly, at an instant, but to embed those into your life and live with the awareness of them takes practice and it is a day by day process. In just about a month I already feel like I know much more about myself and yet somehow “myself” matters less. In a life where we are primed to be self obsessed, I couldn’t really understand the benefit of letting go of the attachment to oneself. When people talk about the notion of no-self, I thought I understood what it means without noticing I’ve been reluctant to experience it. I now see that I had downloaded the app for “self” improvement purposes in the first place. Right now, I see something else in this, I’m in a different mind set, and I am enjoying it very much. I appreciate your wisdom and your efforts to share this wisdom.
