Forcing yourself to practice with this app at least once a day completely alters your perspective of life. It teaches you to walk through life and embrace every moment in oppose to treating as a sprint to the finish line. I’ve never even noticed the fact that you could realise that you’re even thinking. We’re so accustomed to naturally think through every minute without ever noticing that we’re deliberately thinking. The moment you realise that you can notice the fact that you’re consciously thinking, it’s a game changer. Honestly it’s extremely affordable for what it is, don’t even think about it. But as Sam says, treat it like you’re brushing your teeth, regardless of how uninterested you are, just do it. Not only will it help you in the moment, it will help you more and more on a daily basis when you need it most. Legit the best investment you can make on yourself as long as you’re willing to do it consistently. Thank you Sam, I’m sure you're aware how beneficial this is to people but in case you don’t, this has helped me more than anything I could think of.

I’ve been using waking up since March 2020. A friend introduced me to Sam Harris and I dived in to find as much about him as possible. Ever since I’ve started listening to Sam’s introductory material within the app, and then moving into the meditation pieces, my life has literally changed. I thought it’s impossible to find peace from the mind even momentarily but I was wrong. I feel extremely blessed to have been able to better understand myself and learn tools to deal with life through this multi-layered meditation guidance of an app, for lack of a better expression I could go on and on.
