Excellent app for making plans, ideas
Simple but extremely powerful design, working on all platforms (I run on iOS, OS X, win7). Must to try for all who mean productivity and mindfulness seriously.

I’ve been using the free version for years and recently upgraded to paid. It just keeps getting better. I organize my daily life, travel, brainstorming sessions, business planning, editorial calendar, and pretty much everything else from grocery shopping to product launches in this app. It’s so straightforward, clean, and easy to navigate. Also, it has rescued me from the endless sticky notes I used to make in SPITE of access to more complex or fancy organization apps. Workflowy is all I need.
Love this app. The comnectivity is great and I’ve had a great time with all of the features. However, in Airplane mode with no wifi, attempting to open the app turns my screen into a siezure-machine flashing black and white rapidly! I can’t use it offline properly like this.
I’ve been using Workflowy for about 4 years, and have tried other knowledge management / productivity suites intermittently but I just keep coming back to Workflowy. The pricing is great, the app functions well offline (which is important as I’m not always connected to the internet). It just doesn’t get in the way of what I want to do. “Simple but powerful” I think is the motto and it’s right on point.
I've been using this app for a few years at least. I'm a person who needs a to do list and learned a lot from David Allen's Getting Things Done. But I also get overwhelmed or de-motivated, or just annoyed by the size and messiness of my to do list most of the time. Being able to group, collapse, quickly rearrange the lists has been incredible. Trying to make lists in any other app including Word, Google Docs, spreadsheets and any standard to do or task apps is now completely annoying b/c of the inability to drag and drop bullet points or collapse them. Strong recommend.
I absolutely love this app and I’ll capabilities. I wish you could link with a calendar. Otherwise it’s amazing.
Workflowy keeps me organized - all my data is accesible, on my phone or computer. Absolutely love this product!
I’ve never had a notes or todo app that lasted longer than a week for me until I found Workflowy. They all became too complex and disorganized too quickly. Been using Workflowy for probably 5 year’s now? Still as effective as week #1.
Apparently requires creation of a login to even try. Creating a login requires you to enter a code sent to your email. I never received the email after multiple attempts. Sure I could try to find their website and let their support know that I couldn’t create a log in. But why bother. It was quicker to look for an download multiple other outline apps.
