J’aime bien . MAIS … Je trouve pas d’applications pour le IPad je dois utiliser celle du iPhone d’on l’image est verticale et je dois retourner mon iPad.ceci réduit la grandeur de mon iPad. Y a-t-il quelques chose pour solutionner mon problème.merci .

Trash app

Trans app that always crashes, fails to play audio, massive delay in notifications. Non stop ads with obnoxious noise, not to mention not always suitable for young eyes. Absolute garbage. Camera hardware is just as bad and gets broken every software update.

You cannot cancel easily!

I have been using your cameras for a few years. Why you made cancelation so hard!!! Guys avoid using this. Go find other caneras and apps, there are many better/cheaper ones. To cancel you need to call them and wait long and then get disconnected at the end because no agent available. Live chat doesn’t cancel. Other option is email and wait 48 hours to hear a response. It wasn’t like that, they made it hard to take more money from users. Unacceptable. Not gonna use it anymore

You can't cancel the monthly subscription

As reported by other users, there are no way to cancel the subscription service from the app. When you try to cancel from the app they will ask you to either call, there is no answer to the number, or send and emai to which you will be asked why you want to cancel but won't allow you to cancel. Makes you wonder how secure is your video recording stored...

I hate it

I liked it during the first year, the image quality is incredible! But after a year it’s started to have a lot of issues, it doesn’t work anymore saying that we have “Network issues” while everything is good on that side… after 3 resets in a row, it’s still does work! Its waste of money!
