Nice app but there are commercials showing up plus a bar that informs me to make a subscription. This is unacceptable. I didn‘t buy cameras to watch commercials in their app if I don‘t want to buy an extra service. That said, I needed about 4 external new cameras for my home. I will have to look elsewhere
you wait for the advertisement videos to finish!!! I am glad I only bought one camera, it’s going to the trash can asap!
I'm incredibly disappointed with how this app has changed. It used to be fantastic, but recent updates have ruined the experience. They've flooded it with ads and incessant upgrade prompts, which I find incredibly frustrating. On top of that, switching between multiple cameras is no longer seamless, and viewing past footage rarely works. I never expected to see ads on an app that comes with hardware I purchased. It's such a disappointment that I've decided to switch all of my camera gear to Aqara.
The app doesn't work on ios 16.5
It crushes all the time. It doesn’t open
Another failure. Suddenly we need mail verifications that never sent, fresh try to login to app ends with invalid data. So idiots..i give up

It used to be a very good company. I have 5 cameras, smart lamps, and dashcam too. Until now I was disappointed only from dashcam, it happens bad choice I said. But I did not expect the cloud cameras without kami subscription to be so bad now. You have problems over a month now with IOS 16.5. and you don’t fix it. I can’t see my cameras. With earlier editions of IOS works fine.
