Great price simple to set up and so far seem to be great quality

It’s just adds. When you open the app you hat a full screen Add that you have to wait before you close it. If you can spot the tiny X to close it. Had 6 yi cameras for years. Sold them all as subscription is a ripoff and without it it’s just a add feast.

The camera works very well but…..too many ads.

There’s far too many adverts popping up on the software. I paid for the camera so I shouldn’t have to suffer poorly targeted adverts. For this reason I would never buy any more of your products. Still far too many ads on the app, why when I’ve paid money out for the camera. Wouldn’t buy this brand again because of the excessive ads. Still too many ads!

Now useless

All features removed unless you buy their cloud hosting. The only thing you can do is monitor live feed or access SD recordings. No notifications, no detection etc. buy something else

Awful product, keep clear get Ring instead.

I bought Yi Home cameras 6-8 years ago on the recommendation of a friend. The cameras themselves are okay. The apps - Yi Home or Kami from which you manage and view footage are totally based on subscription service. Having got 4 cameras they want £13 a month, extortion, even though the cameras have Micro SD cards. The app makes it difficult to view your footage and now play lots of ads. Certainly wouldn’t buy this brand again, Ring offers much more flexibility and are way cheaper.

Stopped working

After year or two app for this camera stopped working.

Very good

Easy to use, provides a couple of seconds of video of the alarm notification, very good image quality
