So recently they started showing ads with a count time timer, causing frustration when wanting to check cameras in an emergency situation - greedy company putting profits before user experience. App also freezes a lot on start up.

Used to work just fine, but lately the app has become unresponsive and just does not load. Accessing your memory card installed in the camera never worked. Don’t buy a camera from them.
