Since the recent updates, it’s been quite tasking and difficult logging in to the homepage. I get alerts of movements but the app doesn’t load. When after several attempts of deleting and downloading the app; I eventually log in, there is now this annoying app. To be honest, my husband and I aren’t enjoying the app like we used to. Do better!
Not user friendly
All was fine until I requested for a cancellation of my subscription. They stated they will send an email within 48 hours to “confirm” my cancellation. Why do I even need to confirm my cancellation? Email was never sent. I was charged again for monthly subscription. Distasteful 👎
I’ve been having issues with playbacks of complete clips from ‘alerts’ for a very long time yet they now updated the app trying to force people to use the cloud service yet I have a memory card and with this new app update the whole thing is just upside down.
The product and app are fantastic.

Been using these cameras for a couple of years, recently the camera randomly turns off Smart Detections and then it changes it randomly to motion detections. I paid for the subscription to have Smart detections activated for “Person detections” out front of my house i live on a main route in town now the camera sends a notification every 30 seconds of a car passing by its very annoying. Tried messaging customer service and nothing. I pay a monthly subscription for the smart detection service and it hasn’t been to smart. Spend money elsewhere i advise, Ring will soon be purchased if this is not fixed. -Tony
The cameras themselves work fine, but the constant marketing ads that take use the same sound and icon as the camera notifications make this app pretty worthless…
I’ve never had an issues with this app til this week it takes forever to load
