Since yesterday I have not been able to review the alert clips on my app. What has happened? There is only a black screen with the usual ”buttons” and no video. Please fix asap. I seem to be able to go on the timeline and review footage there, however. Still, a major issue affecting the use of your product. Get it sorted, please!

Ennen toimi hyvin, nyt saa katsella mainoksia ja appi aukeaa milloin sattuu. Poistin kaikki ja siirryin parempaan systeemiin

Ennen sovellus toimi ongelmitta. Nykyisin saa käynnistää äppiä kymmeniä kertoja ennen kuin alkaa toimia.
When starting the app you just get the first logo screen and nothing else happens. Thanks to this I found that there is 3rd party firmware which allows you to use any RSTP-compatible surveillance solution and you so not need to give camera access to internet anymore.
Aiemmin hyvin toiminut järjestelmä on alkanut kenkkuilla. Onkohan toimittajalla ongelmia ylläpidossa?
Appi ei toimi enää kuin silloin tällöin. Useimmiten ei avaudu ollenkaan. Kamerat menevät vaihtoon, jos pikaista korjausta ei tule.
