I’ve bought the cameras, Why do I need to watch 2 or 3 Ads each time I’m using the App? Unacceptable

App was always pushi in selling online storage. The latest version introduces long ads every time a use switches into the app (even if they left it a few seconds ago), which makes the experience unbearable

I purchased the cloud service and the account is still blocked! When contacting customer service they told me to pay for extra year (another 51$) to activate it!! Wtf?! I opened a ticket 2 weeks ago to cancel nobody answered!

Instead of being just an app for camera I bought, it is full of annoying advertisement unless you pay for subscription. Started moving to other camera vendors
