The app charged me with incorrect subscription plan
The app itself is great and I like using BUT!!! I signed up for a monthly subscription because I simply cannot pay 80€ for an app in one month. I am more than 100% sure I choose the monthly plan and today, on the date I should have been charged for 1 month the app charged me for the whole year?! I am sorry but that is not okay, I don’t even know if I will be using it for such a long time. As I said I am completely sure I haven’t signed up for a yearly plan. I am asking the team how could that happen? It’s a big shame because the app itself is working nice, but if it keeps charging people for plans they didn’t choose that’s a mayor issue. If I choose to pay for one month only I am paying for ONE month…not 12 at once.
