This app shows you your exercise intensity using your real-time heart rate, and it has four heart rate zones to understand your exercise intensity at a glance.

• PEAK - for improving performance and speed.
• CARDIO - for improving cardio endurance.
• FAT BURN - For longer exercise. Predominantly uses fat for energy.
• WARM UP - For preparation and recovery.

With these four zones, you can start heart rate training very easily and quickly.
You don't have to remember your target heart rate or intensity %.

I had a treadmill run for 25 minutes on Tuesday and took a break on Wednesday. When i finished the treadmill run on Thursday, the app has detected a stop trigger for the Tuesday’s exercise. Nothing more to say. Hats Off the team.

Best app ever

Such an useful little app for people fanatic about tracking fitness progress or regression. Shows me clearly why I’ve been gaining weight since a perfect 10 in 2021! Time to up the game. Thank you Zones!

Stopped showing workout details (avg. Heart rate,fat burn retio etc.)

Great App but there is a syncing issue with Strava

Great app if one wants to stay focused within the heart rate zone/s during exercise. However bigger issue is that the activity recorded with this app doesn’t sync with Strava which is default aggregator app for most sporting events. The data syncs with Apple health but from Apple health it doesn’t sync further with Strava. Otherwise activities recorded directly with Apple workout app sync perfectly well with Strava through Apple health. I have been trying to reach developers since last 6 months but no one responds.

Great app but..

The biggest problem is the apple privacy blur and I take so annoying that it completely affects the usability of this app. I want to be able to check the zone while working out but the useless blur with time covers it completely defeating the purpose of this app.
