Freezes on one heart rate
At right around 2 minutes into my workout. Every time. Latest iOS on iPhone 15. Latest Apple Watch. Incredible app otherwise so this is very disappointing. Also tried reaching out to their support. No answer.

Great Zones App, and fitness tracking just would be 5 stars in my opinion if the option to add a note to the activity after completed or even a picture. Keep up the good work
You get a good breakdown of heart data- fat burn zones / cardiac/ high intensity zones. So you can track your fitness and tween your program .
Great app, but it doesn’t connect to Strava, which means manually uploading the data. This is the PRO version. In this day and age, very disappointing considering the strava reach. Wrote to the developers about this almost a year ago, but zero response or acknowledgement. Poor after-sales service
Having used Garmin for several years, I’ve occasionally used my Apple Watch for exercises, but it’s been put in the cupboard as Apple Health is naff for HR zone training. Can’t believe it’s taken me years to discover this app. My favourite aspects of it are the nice UI, no subscription model and a brilliant WatchOS. Can’t find anything to fault with the app yet.
Being able to calibrate heart rate zones, and measure time in each zone per workout, day or week is ace. And a great one off price for those pro features
I have used the Pro version for some time and have been very happy. I’ve now upgraded to iPhone 15 and am running the latest iOS 7.0.3 and the app is no longer working. I’ve signed out and back in, and reset Apple Health to ‘allow all’ for data ingest. What’s going on guys?
I used this app at the gym and liked it, but since going on holiday the app auto updated to a version not compatible with my series 2 watch. I know it’s old but it works and the app worked until they dropped support and I can’t reinstall an old version At least prevent older devices from updating so they can keep their current features.
I now use my Apple Watch to record my rowing workouts on the WaterRower using the beta version of SmartRow on my watch and the SmartRow app on my iPhone. SmartRow from the iPhone dumps its data into the Apple Health app and Zones grabs the data from Apple Health. I really like the way data is presented in Zones.
I love this app and all the link up with WHO guidelines for Active Zones etc. I have a suggestions which shouldn’t be too hard to implement I woundn’t imagine. Since Apple already record average METs would it be possible to have a weekly target focusing on this metric alone? I’d love to set my weekly MET target to achieve and keep tabs through zones. The active score ok and plugs that gap a little but lumps everything above 70% in vigorous and everything below in the moderate bracket. Avg METs x minutes exercising would work out wonderfully.
