This app shows you your exercise intensity using your real-time heart rate, and it has four heart rate zones to understand your exercise intensity at a glance.

• FAT BURN - For longer exercise. Predominantly uses fat for energy.
• WARM UP - For preparation and recovery.

With these four zones, you can start heart rate training very easily and quickly.
You don't have to remember your target heart rate or intensity %.

I purchased PRO plan so I could have 5 zones but it won’t sync with AppleWatch. Non-refundable, so don’t waste your money.

Har brukt denne app’n over noen år for trening sykkel. App’n gir deg god logg over trenings øktene. Du kan skrive notat på/ etter hver økt hvis du trenger spesifisere ytterligere. Anbefaler etter å ha forsøkt flere apper. Gjør det enkelt. Dette er et bra verktøy 👍

Joda, appen ser bra ut! Men når jeg trener skrur jeg av vibrering fordi jeg skal fokusere på trening. Denne appen skal absolutt vibrere hvert minutt, man tror man får varsel men neida er bare appen som vibrerer for ingenting😅 Slettet og fjernet appen fort som fu’

This is a very nice training app. I use it all the time. The intensity of your training is displayed on the Apple Watch in three ways: The color, the heart rate (BPM) and the Zone (%). The heart rate (BPM) is displayed with the biggest font. I would have loved to have the option to choose to rather have the Zone (%) displayed with the largest font in the center of the watch face. For me the most important information to see quickly when I turn my wrist and look at the watch briefly, is the % of max puls.

This is the best app I’ve found for tracking workouts from the Apple Watch that are not running. It also gathers information from the Health app, which is really useful.
