Really good app, varied workouts and easy to follow. Would recommend!☺️

The iPhone app is great but the Watch app fails to enter workout mode which makes it virtually useless as the heart rate monitor doesn’t switch on so you can’t accurately record your activity. Very frustrating because the workouts are very enjoyable and the phone app very well designed.

I can't express how amazing this app is it keeps track of your health it has fitness exercises and lots more you can even add what exercises you were doing and how long you did it for there is something for everyone I definitely recommend this app

I really love this app, but when I go for a walk it says congratulations for completing your walk and then the app freezes on that and so my walks don't save, can you please fix this.

I've tested and trialled many different fitness apps but Zova is by far the best. The on-boarding is excellent, product design is stellar and it keeps motivating me to continue to get fit. 5 stars.

Good workouts, calming voice and nice music 👌🏼

I do lots of running and wanted an exercise app that would complement this whilst focusing on core strength and conditioning. Zova doesn't disappoint. Although it's targeted towards women (in terms of workout names etc) the workouts themselves are agnostic, excellent, challenging and varied; there's more than enough content to choose from that it keeps things interesting and can push you hard - I've certainly been challenged and feel that it will ultimately help me increase my running performance. I especially love the appleTV version and the fact that you can have your heart rate displayed on the TV from your Apple Watch - although sometimes this can be a little flakey. Given that the Apple TV version is less than a few weeks old, I'd expect this to improve further over time. I have some minor quibbles though: the ability to quickly get to multi week workout plans that you're following on the appleTV would be nice; and I find the preview format of each exercise useful for the core and cardio type workouts but grinds with me slightly for the more yoga style exercises (although this is probably because I'm already more familiar with these). All in all, I'm really enjoying the Zova 'experience' - from great workouts, engaging app and motivational emails!
