Great all round fitness app
Zova has replaced the gym. The three classes a week structure is just right for me. Not too much, not too little. Love the mix of hiit, strength and cardio.

Zova has replaced the gym. The three classes a week structure is just right for me. Not too much, not too little. Love the mix of hiit, strength and cardio.
This app is by far the best I’ve tried for at home work outs. The exercises are easy to follow & keep up with especially with encouragement from Vix (trainer) & in depth explanations of how each exercise is performed & where you should be feeling it. I especially love that you can listen to your own work out music or use the Zova playlists. The only problem I’ve had is a few times the visual aids have frozen & I cannot see how the exercise is performed which is only fixed by restarting the workout from the beginning. Apart from that I love everything else & after 1 month I can already notice a difference in my body & fitness level.
I have been using Zova for a while now, and have also signed up (and left) 2 gyms in the same timeframe. Zova works for me as I have small kids who I have to be at home for. Finding the time for the gym just doesn’t work for me but being able to work out form home just works. Love being able to sync with my Apple Watch also.
Loving this app, it’s really helping me get started on my journey. However I think you need a “beginners” section. Something that breaks down the workout techniques step by step and explains the best form. There are several work outs in this weeks line up that I cannot physically do yet. Amazing and easy to follow app though, am really enjoying it!
Has made working out so much more enjoyable and love the planned workouts throughout the week. However would like it if you could see completed workouts in a calendar rather than just a list, and also a recommended stretches after each workout would be great. Otherwise love it!
I can do these workouts in my lounge with my toddlers running riot around me. This has been a great way to get back into an exercise routine - no equipment, no stress, just a good playlist and a good sweat! Clear instructions with video examples and Vix’s training is encouraging without being forceful- always a plus! There seems to be a great variety of shorter workouts to search, as well as the main weekly program, which is also great if you’re pushed for time or want a stretch session instead. I’m on the 2-month trial right now and likely to subscribe at the end.
I like this app so far but wish there was the option to cast to Apple TV and chromecast! I struggle to see what the next workout is and how to do it on my phone as it’s such a small screen. Thank you!
This has helped me feel so much better about working out!! 11/10!!
- Training XP is well done - few bugs : + when I open the app it is often not synchronized to today ( I see the result of the previous day displayed in the " today result " screen ) + the random position animation of the bubble in the result screen ( where your activity is logged ) don't work very well, and if often shattered when there is too many items - few improvements I would like to see: + Ability to correct or delete an activity I added - even though the app UX is good enough to reduce mistakes, I sometimes record wrong information when I want to add an activity. + An history and ability to play back an activity I liked + Single movement review after a training : Sometimes it is hard to evaluate a full training. Some of the moves can be super easy some harder. + sometimes I am not sure I do the movement right : a slow version of the move explained so that when I decide to take time and get informed, I understand which part of the body I am supposed to workout and what I should feel + propose an different default music for flexibility: this is a relaxing moment and House music is not really great for that. + try to cook my own training and see on a map which muscles on my body will be solicited
Love this app but after installing this version it didn't work anymore, hence average score. I wasn't able to log workouts and scores weren't updating. It was only when I uninstalled and reinstalled app that it was fixed.
