Strongly recomended for men and woman. Im a man and love that the training for the hole body regardless of with gender I am, but rather the focus area and my feedback if its to tought. The best personal trainer I have ever had :)

Love the design and the program. Makes it really easy to work out at home.

Love the app and trying to get into using it as a regular thing, but evrytime I've tried to go through a workout sequence the app crashes. iOS 10.2

I have tried multiple apps for training at home. This one is the best, and inspires me to do some training. The user interface is different than others, better. It starts as a chat conversation with Zara and gets you going quickly. Straight at activity.

I GOT in better Shale by using this app!

This app has is all. I just grab my phone and get to it ANY TIME, ANYWHERE. It’s the zero excuse app to get yourself back on track. I don’t even wear shoes lol!

Wanted to try it but know I cant afford it after the seven day free trial. Just another workout app thats only nice to have if you can afford it.

App was fine until it wasn’t. I used the suggested support email to try and get help but was ignored. I did buy this because it looked like they’d be responsive and helpful on my fitness journey but they just want your money and won’t help after they get it BEWARE

I feel like apps that force you to enter your email before they tell you this isn’t a free app is so sleazy. Shows me it’s not a good enough app to let me decide on my own if I’d like to give info over. This app is expensive and doesn’t tell you anything until after a quiz and entering your email.
