The idea is great. Most of workouts are focused on women. The programs are limited and high-intensity. It would be great to offer low and moderate-intensity programs that are useful for women and men.

Don’t like the new 4 classes a week format
I prefer the old individual 10 to 15 min class you could choose from rather than the new universal 4 class format they implemented. It just feels much less personal. I know you can still find the old classes if you really look for them but i don’t like that they’ve hidden them from the main “For You” tab. Other than that, everything’s still fine.
I love your app!
I have been using it for 2 years and I love it, because it’s challenging, makes me feel relaxed and happy! I would like to see more routines and workouts with weights. I love Australia!

Only problem is connecting to the web, in comparison with other apps it gets disconnected quite frequently
Worst update I've seen
I used to love Zova, didn't use it much so I stuck with the free plan, now with the update I can't even look for workouts if I don't pay, completely useless.
Great app
I use Zova on my Apple TV to exercise at home. Love the short routines and the variety that it offers!
