Easy to use and fit in my daily schedule

With three kids and a full-time job I never found the time to workout. The program that Zova offers (3x30 mins) is feasible for me ánd more importantly, I see and feel the results. Definitely worth the purchase.

Nice App!

Good to stay motivated and keep on your fitness goal with short (or long) sessions and with a good rythme of 3x2 per week.

Very good!

I like this app very much. The workouts are short and therefore easy to fit in your day. No more excuses. I use the app on my iPhone, Apple TV and my Apple watch. I would really like to see an iPad app as wel, because its easier to follow on a bigger screen than a phone when I'm not at home where my apple TV is.

L'application gratuite propose des séances de 5-15min qui sont super faciles à réaliser chez soi. Mon partenaire à chaque lever et coucher. Les effets sur mon corps se voient déjà après 1 mois. De plus, la facilité d'utilisation et la beauté du graphisme de l'application font que l'application est top. Je me tâte à prendre la version payante pour la suite de mes entraînements
