Zova is a good app, the fitness trainers are very clear. There are a lot of opportunities. The themes division is very intuitive. I like the connection with Apple Watch.

Easiest way to get fit!
Not only do I love this app, but also I’m so eager to find out what the next program will be that I wake up every morning only to start my day with another Zova program with Vix! I was never fat, but could not build muscles and did not look in shape; but with Zova I can finally have my perfect body.
Hanno dimezzato gli allenamenti gratis
L’app è valida , purtroppo mi trovo costretta a cancellarla perché la versione free ha dimezzato gli allenamenti giornalieri che era divisi in 3 programmi contenenti 3 allenamenti ciascuno, ora invece di 9 allenamenti puoi accederne solo a 3 ... peccato, si è obbligati ad acquistare l’abbonamento altrimenti non vale più nulla.
Apple TV
App molto bella sia dal punto di vista della grafica che dei workout, l’unica pecca è che da Apple TV non c’è la funzione ricerca e gli allenamenti sono più o meno sempre quelli e per una versione premium non è il massimo.

Non funziona su Apple Watch!
Ho seguito tutte le istruzioni ma il quadrante rimane bloccato sulla prima schermata e non è possibile interagire con l’app.
