A great way to get back into fitness!
Such a huge fan of this app! 😄 It's made working out so much easier for me, especially during the lockdown. I’ve been really busy with work and haven’t had much time to exercise, but the short and powerful workouts are perfect for when I have a few minutes to spare in the afternoon. They also have a wide range of workouts to choose from, which is great because I’m always trying out something new! It has a clean, user-friendly design with features that really enhance your workout experience. Aside from the easy to follow workout classes, the app also offers a range of courses on weight loss and dieting, which I've found really helpful. The app doesn't just assist you in getting your fitness on track but also encourages a healthy lifestyle through offering simple, actionable tips on how to eat clean and detox. I really love the built-in tracker feature which helps keep record of all the workouts I've done. It even allows me to keep track of the activities I do outside the app! It also connects directly to your Apple Health and Apple Watch, which is an added bonus. It even links to your Apple Music or Spotify account, so you can listen to your favourite playlist while exercising (which helps get me in the zone when working out). Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking to get back into fitness and healthy eating – this has helped me find the motivation to get back on track with my goals for 2020 🙌🏻
