Не ведитесь на «Премиум» подписку в описании внутренних покупок в AppStore, что подразумевает, что будет бесплатная. Её нет. Это подписка за сам доступ к приложению на любом уровне. Если вы не готовы платить 304 рубля в месяц (дороже большинства стриминговых сервисов) – не качайте. Иначе приложение бесполезно. Жаль потраченного времени, в особенности сейчас, когда я ради этого сбил режим сна.

Zova is the only trainer who lifts my lazy body to workout. The application on apple watch and apple tv create a complete integration into life. Previously, I could not reach the floor, but now there is already progress. I do daily stretch marks. Dear developers, please add combo programs on apple tv.
Zova is the best!
I love this app! There’s no a lot of exercises but all exercises are great and renewable. And despite using it in Russia (in English language) I still think it’s lovely and does not difficult to understand 😉 I use Zova without Apple Watch (just because I don’t have it) but it’s ok! I can manage with all exercises having only my phone and Zova on it! Listening music during exercises is great too! Now it’s not boring to exercise at home. All trainings are easy to perform too. So I don’t think it’s a problem to use it in Russia where I am actually use it.

I love the app Zova and today I can’t imagine myself without Zova. For me Zova most comfortable than if i had to go to the gym. I can train at any time of the day at any place whenever I want thanks to the app Zova. I love and thank my personal trainer Vix Burdon in Zova app <3 I like that I can independently choose training for my level of training. The exercises are varied and they work. Thank guys for the app Zova fitness!

1. It's a paid app. Cannot be used without 1 year subscription. There is a small trial period before the first huge payment. 2. Only for women. All pictures are showing women exersizing, no sex selection during sign up. 5 stars just for not to be a jerk. Maybe it's a fine app, don't know.
