App does not work
App does not work on WiFi. Everything else works but prime no. When I turn 3g on its works. It will be my last subscription if this error not fixed asap. Regards

Worst customer support ever
I have been trying to subscribe since the last 3 weeks without any luck! Every time a new error comes up!
I will not support Apartheid
I cancelled my membership because of Amazon complicit in atrocities Israel apartheid is doing in its illegal occupation of Palestine! While Amazon provides them with intelligence services that are used in killing and displacing millions of Palestinians, I certainly wouldn’t be a part of that, even with a penny on any of Amazon services!
Quality control
The app is not smooth, the ads before watching a movie or a tv show are unnecessary, I’ve been watching the office recently and the captions, subtitles are not available in a couple of the episodes, the English-Arabic subtitles are not translated correctly in almost every episode.

Great App full of movies but I could not purchase it unfortunately because it was too expensive because I had Netflix it would be great! If Amazon prime and Netflix collided together!

Had to watch the same 3mins of ads 3x bc it wouldn’t let me rewind and when it did, had to watch it again
Blasphemy
The amount of ads to watch one episode of a show is just ridiculous. This isn’t cable tv anymore amazon makes enough money for them to have so many ads is reaching.
