I have been charged erroneously by Amazon Prime video without me authorizing it, they continuously charging me for almost a year now for €5.99/month, which of course doesn’t show on the history details on my Apple Account Subscription view even after cancelling free subscription, i have just noticed it when i reviewed the other Amazon subscriptions i have with Amazon.de. Can you please assist on checking with Amazon and processing my refund?
Initially I found the app pretty ok, but lately there are a lot of bugs that have crept into the app, making it at times barely usable.
A lot of advertisings, when they started was way better
Video quality on downloaded videos does not seem to be good. Too grainy. Not sure why
It's very annoying that there isn't a big choice of languages. I paid several times for a movie and it wasn't in OV or in english.

Je suis d'avis que l'on devrait pouvoir regarder les fims soit en allemand, français ou anglais.
in luxemburg sind die meisten filme und serien auf französich, das nervt ich will mehr deutsch aber sonst ganz ok
Deja qu'en payant un abonnement la moitié voir les 3/4 du contenu est payant (en supplément), mais récemment vous avez eu la merveilleuse idée de mettre des publicités au milieu des épisodes de séries ou de films vous avez complètement craqué... go netflix hyn
