My worst online shopping experience has been with this company. It has been almost a month, and I still haven’t received a refund for the amount I trusted them with and left in my account. I call them almost every other day, but their response is always the same: “It’s a technical issue.” Is it really believable that a technical issue could last for an entire month?

Improve your customer service
They have the worst customer service ever. I sent back my order because the size was big two months ago and I still haven’t received my refund! They keep saying that it’ll take up to 14 days but it has been almost 3 months! There was a mix up at the shipping company which made the order take longer but FARFETCH team kept implying that it’ll was intentional on my part! After a whole month of waiting I had to fix the issue with the shipping company which was their job to do not mine! I still didn’t get my refund or a proper apology! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Very rude.
We want farfetch solve the problem of returning and i wish the delivery and the return will be again with the dhl. And wish they solve also the refund as a credit store. I love farfetch but from summer unfortunately too much problem for return and refund. Thank you

I bought a 200$ platform, left in the box for two weeks when I get to wear them for two hours they were damaged. Literally very poorly glued /sewing. Farfetch aren't hold accountable they say we will check with the vendor and it takes up to 2-3 months. Total waste of money. Order P3LAS2
