We made a mistake in ordering a ride for the pm instead of the am and the driver apparently couldn’t change the time. They took our 400$ and we were told that the ride was non refundable. They offered us no help. This is robbery. I will never use or recommend this service.
Be careful using this app, it changes the time you need and you have to be super careful to watch these changes as they do not provide a refund. This app needs more work 🤬
All worked out well, had some confusion on the initial pickup and time, driver and company alignment, but sorted and worked out very well. Nice person and communication was simple and easy. Dean
be carefully they have “user agreement” catch. If for some reason your driver refuse reservation - you will get money back only to account balance. NO credit card refunds!
I ordered taxi in Dominican Republic and reported wrong pick up time by mistake. I contacted them by email and asked them to change the time from 6 am to 6 pm because I made a mistake, to which they answered me that they could not do this and would contact the driver. After 30 minutes, I wrote to them again and they answered me that they were waiting for a response from the driver. Nothing happened and I didn't get my money back. And then the trip was canceled by the driver. I will never use this app again.
I used their service and had to cancel days before I used it and they said refund in 5-7 business days but no refund for a month now. And now they say no refund until virus is over. Not good business. And then there will probably be no refund because they have no money to refund. So don’t use service. And Apple store should stop using this app.

Nasir was on time and very informative for our future travels. He provided us with all kinds of information including places to stay and things to do. We arrived to the airport right on time despite the morning school traffic. 5 Stars
