The worst do not download Do not use this app A waste of time and waste of money

Doesn’t even allow me to press confirm when I write my full phone number, only when I write half of it it shows the Accept button...

At start the app asks you your phone number to confirm your identity... after I complied.. it asked My email to confirm again my identity.there was no sense to this because i had already confirmed my identity.. Anyway after email verification.. i couldn’t proceed without PayPal account verification... I don’t know what else they were going to ask for... but other services ( Uber for example) are by far more convenient.. so I just I deleted the app..

Good app and useful

So much cheaper and don’t take the long way around. I’ll always use Lyft in Dallas!!!

90% of the drivers are friendly, helpful, and engaging. And they know where they are going and how to get there without a map. Great experience overall

Very frustrating how the gps consistently takes the driver and I the longest route. I swear every time I get into a Lyft I’m left wondering what kind of caveman technology you’re using to get us around.

Excellent service and great conversation

When taking a divy bike if you hit directions it takes you to the spot, not the nearest parking station like it used to. Terrible update, I have no idea why anyone would prefer mapping to the spot and then needing to bike to the nearest park spot.

My driver was extremely nice but still professional! So I added my return trip with him as well and hope to get him again!
